YOUR PARK CONIDITIONS

• This park is only for Skateboarding, skating and biking.

• Skaters and Bikers are brothers and sisters.  Extreme sports can only
  get respect when we respect each other. Encourage others like you want
  to be encouraged.

• Park open from 9am to sunset. No loitering after facility is closed is allowed.

• Non-skaters or bikers  are not allowed to stand or hang-out on the pad
  or on the ramps.

• Skateboarding, skating and biking is at your own risk.

• All skaters, skateboarders are strongly advised to wear safety equipment
  at all times. This includes a helmet, knee and elbow pads.

• In the event of an emergency or injury, all skaters/skateboarders must
  discontinue skating and a parent or medical assistance must be called.

• No smoking allowed in the park area.

• No food or beverages in the ramp area.

• Keep the park clean. 

• Destroying or defacing your park property will result in fines and expelling
  you from the park.

• Skaters/skateboarders must follow the direction of the County staff
  at all times. County staff' s decision is final.

• Recklessness, horseplay, foul or threatening language, disrespect, not
  listening to staff/adult supervision or any inappropriate behavior will not be
  tolerated, and will subject you to removal from the park.

• WARNING: Skateboarding, skating and biking can be hazardous activities
  and can cause serious injury. Use of this facility may result in serious injury.
  All surfaces of this park are extremely dangerous when wet.  Any use of the
  Skate Park is at your own risk.

• This park may be scheduled for programs that then exclude general skating.

• Report any person violating any conditions here or any law of the State of
  Indiana to the Park Department at 926-3000 .
